Do you think it’s fair that it’s okay for Goths and Emos to rant but not Nerds or Geeks? I mean I know that politically it okay for a nerd to rant (first amendment you bastards!) but socially it’s weird. People think geeks are supposed to stay in their tiny little corner minding their own business and ignoring the harsh, stereotypical comments about us. No one notices when a dork tries to angrily express their emotions on something other than chess. People think it’s funny when a nerd tries to show annoyance or irritation through rock, (although I will admit …it is pretty hilarious seeing some wimpy kid trying to express political passion on an electric guitar.) but still, you try being in our spots; the Emos call you a wannabe, the sk8trboiz call you a poser, and the head bangers call you a flake…what the hell is a freakin’ flake?! It pisses me off that the otakus and comifeaks are held off from telling someone to f---k off just because you think we like to read comic crap and giggle about how cool the games at the con/fest were….okay yeah we do that stuff but that doesn’t mean we can’t say f---k off to you. Personally this is why I decided to start a blog: I wanna rant and I want you to start to. And you know what? Just to piss of any Goths out there reading this I plan on adding some rock cuz everybody knows rock just makes every rant a hundred times more Emo…. well it does!
